My name is Kerry Hradecky and I graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler. I started teaching in 2004 and I have loved every minute of it. I was named Principal of Gladewater Primary School in 2019 and I am honored to work with teachers and staff who everyday go the extra mile and team with families to make GPS the best place for students. As a proud member of the GISD family, I believe in empowering students to be critical thinkers and effective communicators. Our GPS Bears amaze me each day. PROUD TO BE A BEAR!

Hello! My name is Margarita Collins and I am in my twelfth year as a Gladewater Bear and my twentieth in education. The welcome I have received from everyone in the Gladewater Primary School Community has been overwhelmingly beautiful! My family and I are blessed to be here! My husband and I have been married for 26 years and together we have a senior on the football and wrestling team, and a freshman on the JV cheer squad, cross country team, and in percussion. We choose Gladewater everyday and love the small-town, family atmosphere. My favorite part about my career is encouraging and supporting people in their learning and watching the confidence in them grow. I invite you to reach out to me anytime!
