Career preparation courses prepare students for college and career success. Students gain experience and instructions from the classroom setting as well as work based learning. Together, the community and the school assist students with developing skills and knowledge that can be utilized. Upon completion of the course(s), students should be able to make informed choices about their future college and career goals.
- Students in a 2-credit career preparation course must work an average of at least 10 hours per week.
- Students in a 3-credit extended career preparation course must work an average of at least 15 hours per week.
