Kim Chatman is the COO for Gladewater ISD and works to ensure that all District operations are seamless, efficient, and meet the needs of all stakeholders. Kim believes that the key to the success of any organization relies on its ability to take care of their human resources. Undoubtedly, our student's futures depend on it. Chatman has secured leadership roles within various districts in the East Texas Area that have built a strong background in Educational Leadership varying from an Asst. Principal, Principal, HR Director, and currently as COO. Kim obtained her bachelor's degree in English, Secondary Education from LeTourneau University and later obtained her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Tyler along with her Superintendent Certification.
