Are you getting school messages? Here are some instructions in the case that you accidentally "opted out" of receiving GISD messages:

OPTED OUT OF BLACKBOARD and HOW TO OPT BACK IN

If a recipient has opted out of Voice or SMS messages directly from their phone, they must opt back in the same way.

Voice - call 855-502-7867 and follow the prompts (English and Spanish) to opt back in. The opt-outs only applies to Outreach messages, so the recipient will continue to receive Emergency and Attendance type messages.

SMS- for Emergency messages, send a text to 23177 and type START GladeSD in the body of the message. For outreach messages, text 53291 and type START GladeSD in the body of the message. It may take a few minutes, depending on their cell carrier, but they should receive an auto reply letting them know they’re opted back in.
